Locked vs Unlocked Commitment
The chart highlights the difference between locked and unlocked commitment. Unlocked commitments are GRIs which can be sold back to Archera at any time. This flexibility allows you to adjust your commitment to match the needs of your underlying resources. If your utilization rate drops you can quickly shed any unlocked commitments to avoid overpaying. Locked commitments (non-GRIs) are much more difficult to get rid of.
