Welcome to the Academy for Guilders!
An Academy is a destination. It's a place where employees come to learn, share, and be inspired. It's a living, breathing community of practice that drives meaningful change and measurable outcomes—for you as a learner, for the teams on which you work, and for Guild as a whole. But mostly importantly, it's a place where we can learn together in real time.
An Academy is a dynamic place built around the belief that collaborative learning is a powerful way to solve real problems and create real opportunities for growth. The learning here is built on stories. Some will be from your fellow Guilders and industry experts. Others will come from you and your fellow learners as we make our way through the learning, which brings up an important point: your participation is what will make the Academy special, valuable, and relevant.
The Academy approach relies on a mixture of learning formats. There are cohort-based, scheduled Programs, where you'll get to learn alongside people from across the organization, including those you might not often interact with in a smaller group. There are short-form, on-demand Resources centered on discrete topics and open to everyone. And there's a Community space, an open forum for any and all to speak freely, ask questions, and share ideas. All of these are designed with a singular purpose: to help each one of us build the skills, connections, and habits we need to thrive in this era and beyond.
